Knock Home Swap Expands into Florida

Knock Home Swap is continuing its crawl around the US, this time expanding its offering to Florida, aiming at Tampa and Orlando as its hotspots. Florida has become the ninth market in the fifth state for Knock

Knock Co-Founder & CEO Sean Black said:

With Knock Home Swap, local real estate professionals who have been trained as Knock Certified Agents to provide Floridians with a fully integrated and affordable platform for buying and selling homes. 

Denise LeHeup, Broker/Owner, Keller Williams LeHeup Group, one of the partners of Knock, explained:

Currently, Knock Home Swap has more than 30 brokerage partners in Atlanta, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Phoenix with more than 24,000 agents, total. Other markets include Houston, Austin, and San Antonio in Texas and Denver, Colorado
