Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate is having a huge year despite the pandemic thwarting many of the services and plans for real estate companies across the country. 

In 2020, so far, the brand has gained 12 new affiliated firms, added over $400 million in sales volume during the first half of the year, and saw one of its first franchises sign on for another 10 years.

Other highlights include:

  • Expanded influence in California with a total of 18 franchises
  • Entered West Virginia
  • Merged with Columbia Basin of central Washington with new franchise: 20% market share
