Proptech is continuously looking for new and innovative ways to facilitate the buying and selling of real estate. In line with this is CRE Collaborative, which has developed a platform extension to more easily share listings through social media.

This new extension allows users to analyze, manage, and share listings with real estate professionals, including those within both residential and commercial real estate sectors.

Dubbed ‘My Social’, this tool is a one-stop Social Media Connectivity Engine & Ops Center and allows Premium CRECo.ai users an innovative tool to better advertise their listings

Andreas Senie, Founder and CEO of CRE Collaborative, said:

“We are proud to offer this best-in-class utility to analyze, manage, and measure the success of all our premium users’ digital content across all their digital channels. Combining social and networking functionality into a single, simple, easy-to-use interface directly aligns with our mission to drive technology enablement into real estate businesses big and small so they can flourish and thrive.”

Many companies are turning to social media to reach a larger audience and social media platforms are embracing the movement.

Howard Oliver, Vice President of Marketing and Director of Social Media Consulting Group, a marketing service provided by CRE Collaborative, said:

“An active social media presence is critical to be competitive.”

The My Social tool showed, while in beta, that it was powerful in generating leads for users. All test subjects experienced success while using the tool to reach larger audiences. One reported that in two weeks, they grew from 100 to 1,000 impressions a day per property listing. Another tripled their network of active contacts in just a month. This innovation seems to be the future of utilizing social media to sell property.
