More news in the innovation sector of the real estate industry. Companies are still churning out new ways to offer their services to agents and customers while supporting social distancing, and Dot Property has joined the fray.

Dot Property, a leading real estate marketplace in Southeast Asia, has launched an app for its real estate agents. The app offers its agents a new way to contact buyers while driving lead generation straight to the agents’ phones

The app, named Dot Property Connect, utilizes push notifications for leads so an agent is alerted as soon as a lead is made, no matter where they are. The faster an agent replies, the better the listing performs. This is because Dot Property’s app features a response rate factor for its ranking algorithm.

To further aid in this, the app has easy-to-use analytics that reports the performance of a listing and allows for listing editing as well.

Dot Property Connect also facilitates real-time chat capabilities between agent and house hunter.

Many companies have seen their fair share of obstacles this spring, mostly thanks to the global pandemic. Dot Property has been doing fairly well, having gained new leadership and continuing its upward momentum throughout the last few months. This new app is just a continuation of that growth.
