London’s EyeSpy360 has signed an agreement with global real estate giant, RE/MAX, to offer virtual tours to 40,000 estate agents and 2,750 offices across 35 countries

The move is to help agencies continue to facilitate viewings for possible sales while shelter-in-place orders are still in effect

Andrew Nicholls, CEO of EyeSpy360, said:

“There is an unprecedented paradigm shift afoot; instantly changing our behaviors both at work and at home, augmented by the adoption of technologies across many areas of our lives.”

Called RE/MAX 360 Tours, the UK-based initiative will be available online, through social media, and will be analytics-capable

With the new service, RE/MAX agents will be able to upload photos from their personal phones and cameras to create professional virtual tours, 3D models, and floor plans, complete with measurements of the space.

Nicholls further explained:

“RE/MAX’s reaction, agility, and determination to equip their agents with the latest and most relevant tech have been awe-inspiring.

We look forward to working closely with RE/MAX as a key partner in the future by supporting their technological capabilities and offering.”

This follows closely with similar moves by US digital imaging giant, Matterport, banking on real estate agents, and property sellers scrambling to find a way to continue business while quarantines are in place.
