More proptech news surrounding the solutions companies are coming to, to help keep business running during quarantine. ListingLoop.com.au has entered a partnership with The Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) to offer agents a digital pathway to directly connect with buyers.

The goal is to sell properties quickly and more efficiently.

Being the original Australian buyer database, ListingLoop.com.au offers agents a way to directly advertise properties for sale without a success-driven charging advertising model.

Called a no sale no charge advertising model, ListingLoop.com.au’s CEO, Rhett Dallwitz says its a no-risk solution during the current market climate

“We understand that vendors are unable or unwilling to pay upfront advertising fees, while agents are not in a position to carry these fees on behalf of their vendors.”

Dallwitz explained:

“Our mission at ListingLoop.com.au is to connect people for mutual benefit so that everyone wins. We are more focused than ever on upholding this commitment and to providing digital solutions that support agents in listing and selling properties.”

In the UK, there’s an app offering something similar but in a social media-shaped package. The service searches through social media to find potential buyers and then markets the properties for them through social media platforms.

Companies have been headed towards more digitally automated services for a while. The pandemic seems to be giving those endeavors a much-needed push to churn out more innovation.
