This deal between real estate investment firm and commercial tenant experience tech specialists will expand the tech firm's presence in the Southwest to over 2 million square feet.

Los Angeles-based real estate investment manager, Stockdale Capital Partners, has appointed market-leading commercial tenant experience technology firm, Equiem, to launch its app across a million square feet of prime office space in Houston, TX and Scottsdale, AZ.

In Houston, Equiem will be rolling out at 20 Greenway Plaza, a 433,132 square feet, Class A office building located in the Greenway submarket of the city. The building is leased to a diverse tenant line-up, including Merrill Lynch, Sunnova Energy Corp, REALEC Technologies, Mitsubishi, and Koch. Equiem will also launch at Galleria Corporate Center, in the heart of downtown Scottsdale. Comprising 537,000 square feet of Class A office space, tenants at the building include Yelp, Indeed, Square and Zillow.

Andrew Saba, Vice President of Asset Management at Stockdale, said:

“We are committed to providing all of our tenants with outstanding workplace experience and bringing Equiem on board at both 20 Greenway Plaza and Galleria Corporate Center will allow us to deliver on that commitment. These two properties possess the physical attributes necessary to cater to modern office workplaces. Bringing Equiem aboard allows us to provide the technological and social touchpoints that will improve the client experience and improve the retention of our client base.”

Equiem will provide tenants at both sites with seamless access to a wide variety of new services, events and experiences, as well as connect them to all existing facilities, amenities and retail, all through one app. Tenants will be able to order food and retail, book spaces and facilities, submit building requests, and sign up to fitness classes, events and offers, all at the touch of a button, as well as enjoy many other features
