Seven-branch family-owned business established in 1852, Boydens, has recently joined Zoopla.

It will list its sales and lettings, and its premium Super Homes brand, with immediate effect.

Zoopla claims to be on a roll for agency branch recruits at the moment: two weeks ago it saw 345 branches sign up in January alone while over the past 12 months it’s seen a large number of returnees include Dacre, Son & Hartley, Kinleigh, Folkard & Hayward and Carter Jonas.

Andy Marshall, Chief Commercial Officer at the portal company, said:

“Boydens is a leading agent in Essex and offers genuine expertise and insight for its customers. They are results orientated, and our commitment to driving growth in listings, valuation and applicant leads will support their business for the short and long term. Boydens will benefit from our continued investment into new products, technology and people."
