Proptech Leader is Recognized for its Transformative Technology Platform

VTS, a commercial real estate industry's leading leasing and asset management platform, has announced it has been named a CRE Tech Influencer of the Year by leading industry publication GlobeSt. This award highlights companies that have pioneered technologies that have transformed the commercial real estate industry.

Nick Romito, CEO and oC-Founder of VTS, said:

"We are incredibly honored to be recognized as a GlobeSt CRE Tech Influencer of the Year. This award showcases how critical technology is for modern landlords to execute their portfolio strategies and remain ahead of the competition in a rapidly evolving market."

GlobeSt representatives selected the companies and individuals honored from a talented and diverse pool of submissions. VTS was recognized for its strong track record of delivering innovative solutions that enable modern landlords and brokers to transform their leasing and asset management processes.

Since its founding in 2012, VTS has been revolutionizing commercial real estate, an industry valued at more than $16 trillion, and traditionally known as one of the world’s largest and least tech-enabled asset classes. The VTS platform powers leasing, asset management, and marketing teams – enabling modern landlords to reduce their deal cycle time by 41%. The company offers solutions for owners of office, retail, and industrial space, and is driving the industry-wide shift toward using real-time data to make portfolio decisions.

Today, more than 10 billion square feet of commercial real estate–an amount equivalent to roughly 20 New York Cities in size–is managed on VTS, including one in every three office buildings in the U.S. More than 43,000 users across 40 countries use VTS, including 8 out of world’s top 10 largest property owners.
