COHO has developed an HMO and co-living management platform. COHO is a next-generation SAAS proptech platform that offers a seamless end-to-end management of HMO properties through AI technology. There are already 600 rooms under management through the system since its beta launch last July.

Vann Vogstad, the founder of the platform, says that the goal is to offer the best for property professionals. COHO is a way to control and organize rental portfolios with AI automation that property hunters can tap into in order to find compatible housemates.

Vann explains:

“COVID has hugely accelerated the evolution of the private rental sector.

"COHO helps property investors and managers remove much of the admin effort from running a shared house, whilst helping get a home of compatible housemates, and offering a great user experience all around."

Some of the forward-thinking, AI-backed, automated tools include:

Automated listings of available rooms sent directly to the appropriate marketplaces

Centralized messaging

Automated tasks and timely notifications to ensure compliance with the latest regulations

More than 25 services pertaining to property management, like rent tracking & collection, and digital document signing capabilities.

COHO’s unique platform puts the tenant’s specific needs first, allowing an easy and efficient way to find not only a new home but compatible housemates.
