Sonneil begins 2020 with new projects and new faces.

The company, a proptech specializing in the commercialization of a second residence for international and national clients, has acquired Beni4You, a strategic partner for holiday rental management, which will be included within Sonneil Rentals, the tourist housing rental service. To lead it, the company has signed Luis David García, former Director of Solvia.

Sonneil Rentals looks to provide all kinds of services related to the rental, such as the reception of guests, charges, check-out, cleaning, decoration and laundry.

“The goal is to have about 800 homes in 2022 under this system. A business model that is completely complementary to Sonneil Homes and promoters, as it is an increasingly requested sales closing tool and also helps identify trends, buyer profiles and interests of the tenants themselves in the future acquisition of housing."

— Alfredo Millá, CEO and Founder of Sonneil

Likewise, through this operation Sonneil Rentals will offer a more complete service with advice from the first moment and an updated platform in real time that includes all the information for both the owners and the tenants.

At the head of this new division will be Luis David García, who arrives at the company after more than nine years in Solvia, the last three of those years as Director of the Helpdesk, Solvia's global customer service center. Previously, he led the retail segment of the company, where he developed tasks for defining and developing the commercial retail strategy for both sales and rentals.

“Its incorporation represents a step forward in Sonneil's strategy of generating a service platform for the second-time homebuyer, where it arrives to reinforce an area that is current with a progressive migration from the residential buyer to an investment buyer for rent, and that we hope to exceed Sonneil Homes in turnover in about 3 years."

— Alfredo Millá, CEO and Founder of Sonneil

Its signing is part of the talent acquisition plan that was implemented after the last round of financing in 2017. A strategy through which technological development and sustained team growth are prioritized in order to enhance its innovative business model and differentiator.
