With a goal to develop a profitable, viable and dynamic break through into the real estate investment sector by pooling investors together to own size allotments or property, LandWey has launched Crowdownership.

Crowdownership, based out of Lagos, Nigeria, is a platform aimed at offering investors access to capital by bringing a curated mix of investment professionals, and giving them a number of real estate investment options.

Looking to balance specialized knowledge when it comes to real estate value investment strategies and offering key insights to investors, Crowdownership offers a profitable option when it comes to the real estate market.

Speaking on the launch of this new initiative, Olawale Ayilara, CEO and Founder of LandWey as well as CrowdOwnership explained:

"Real Estate investment remains the surest path to creating true and lasting wealth. Many are often put away by the huge capital investment required to participate in the real estate space.

"Tons of investors are forced to place their focus on low-hanging investments. To bridge this gap, we at Landwey have an launched an initiative that makes room for flexible and easy access to real estate investment through crowd ownership."

Expatiating more on the initiative, Olamide Opadiran, Financial Controller LandWey explained:

“This initiative is an offshoot of the company’s commitment to make real estate investment readily accessible and available to all."

Crowdownership has an array of flexible options that keeps up with the investment demand and needs of the general public, though it is currently only open to members of the Crowdownership Club, and is currently developing a crowd ownership basis/co-ownership arrangement.

The initiative has options for both lands and residential property, for either individuals or groups. The initiative was originally launched at the end of November and has applicable terms and conditions.
