love2move, an online network which allows high street agents to offer a white-labelled hybrid service, has teamed up with the Mortgage Advice Bureau.

The love2move service partners with existing traditional agencies and allows sellers to manage large parts of the process themselves with the option of upgrading to the full High Street service if necessary. The online option includes advertising on Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as professional photographs and a property brochure, all done through the love2move platform.

Through its new agreement with MAB, members of the love2move network - currently almost 40 independent and often family-owned, single and multiple location High Street agencies - will be able to utilise a range of specialist mortgage services if they are not currently generating mortgage referrals.

The collaboration gives consumers using love2move partner agents access to over 1,350 of MAB’s professional advisers offering mortgage and protection advice, both face to face and over the phone.

Georgina Cox, co-founder of love2move, says: “We are now able to not only combine the benefit of online transactions with the local knowledge and presence of experienced high street agents, but also offer through our network members that are not currently generating mortgage referrals expert advice with access to more than 12,000 products from in excess of 90 lenders.”

And MAB chief executive Peter Brodnicki adds: “We’re excited to be working with love2move – they have a forward-thinking business model in an increasingly competitive market. It is a good fit for us as both firms harness the power of technology to best meet the needs of the modern-day customer.”

In spring this year millionaire Gary Dewhurst - who was not previously involved in the property industry but who steered Gap Personnel Group to become one of the top five UK independent recruitment agencies - invested in the love2move business.
