Subscribers are now offered access to Remine's suite of premium tools, data and workflows for free

Leading multiple listing service (MLS) covering the Mid-Atlantic US region, Bright MLS, represents around 95,000 real estate professionals, has recently announced that it will be offering full and unlimited access to Remine Pro to all subscribers. Remine Pro was originally a premium add-on, but with Bright MLS, subscribers will be able to utilize the resources available through the suite of premium tools at no extra charge– a value of around $200 a month.

Remine is a proptech startup for real estate professionals offering a modern solution to users and a suite of data and tools to allow agents to deliver better client experience and meet more needs of their consumers. Remine Pro is exclusive to the MLS interface.

"Bright MLS measures our success by the individual success of our subscribers, so we are fully committed to providing them with the best tools, data and technology in the industry," said Brian Donnellan, President & CEO of Bright MLS. "Since partnering with Remine not long after their launch, I have heard a tremendous amount of positive feedback from our users. In the spirit of giving more of a good thing, we wanted to provide all of our subscribers with the power of Remine Pro within their core subscription to Bright MLS."

Thanks to the full access to Remine's services, subscribers to Bright MLS have more tools at their disposal to offer more for their own consumers and boost their individual businesses. Remine Pro's suite of premium tools include geospatial, public records-optimized property searches, unlimited contact information for prospecting buyers and sellers, a fully integrated comparative marketing analysis tool, which incorporates both MLS and off-market properties, a customer relationship management system, chat client portal tools, a predicting scoring system for sellability, integrated tracking and marketing tools for up to 10,000 properties, and a mobile app.

"Bright was one of our early partners, so having them deepen and expand our relationship by offering Remine Pro to all subscribers at no cost is a tremendous validation," said Leo Pareja, President and Co-Founder at Remine. "Real estate professionals from Virginia to New Jersey are now better equipped to thrive in a time of change thanks to this expanded access."
