A central aspect for using different technologies in order to optimize processes, reduce costs and increase efficiency is the smooth integration of different systems. For this reason, Allthings integrates an SAP interface into its digital tenant management platform. With this new interface, the exchange of data between the Allthings platform and the SAP RE-FX system can be automated while property owners and managers retain full control over which data should be transferred.

The Allthings platform supports property owners and managers in digitizing their core processes, such as tenant communication, documentation and ticketing. The efficiency of all these tasks can be further increased through the integration of an SAP interface, via which data exchange is being automated without media disruption. Double data maintenance becomes a thing of the past while the setup of the platform is being accelerated.

In addition to the base data for tenants and buildings, the employee, tenant and handymen data managed in SAP can be imported automatically. The individual parties can each receive their own account for the Allthings platform. Furthermore, documents such as rental contracts and operating costs can be made available to tenants via the tenant app. This avoids time-consuming enquiries and increases the service level. Individual SAP modules, e.g. for the automated dispatch of a tenancy certificate, can also be connected. The customer retains full control and decides which data from the SAP system is made available via the tenant app and which processes are to be automated.

Eric Aplyn, CPO at Allthings about the SAP interface: "The use of a tenant platform promises many advantages. Processes become more efficient and can be set up automatically. This eliminates manual tasks and numerous telephone calls, resources are freed up and can be used elsewhere. The prerequisite for realizing these benefits at the highest level is a seamless integration of the various technologies. With the launch of the SAP adapter, we have taken an important step for our customers to get the maximum ROI out of a digital tenant management platform for them.”

The SAP interface is another building block of the Allthings ecosystem and fits perfectly into the modular design of the platform. The development of partnerships and the integration of a large number of third-party services in the areas of ERP, efficiency, smart living and other tenant-relevant services is the central core of the Allthings platform.
