Residential People has secured almost 1,000 independent agencies in the UK, alone

A global free listing property portal has announced that its hit its first milestone with securing 800 new property inquiries for estate agents in just four weeks.

Residential People is currently available in seven countries around the world, including UK, UAE, South Africa, Bangladesh, India, Nigeria, and Pakistan, and plans on new launches in Australia, Ireland, China and more in the Middle East in the near future. The portal has ambitious plans to radically change how the property sector functions on a global scale.

The portal has a goal in the UK to hit 6,000 new property inquiries a month to bring the total number of agents' listings to 1.6 million by the end of 2019.

Chris May, Co-Founder and Director of Residential People, states: "The support we have had from agents across the UK so far has been fantastic, and we are confident that we will be able to continue to create an attractive value proposition as we gradually scale-up our business to support more agencies from across the UK and beyond."

"In terms of value, our plus points are easy to see, we are a completely free-to-list portal and one that stays the same no matter how big or small an agent might be."

By leveling the competition and focuses just as much on local agents and national firms, the portal has been able to succeed in spreading its product which appeals to some of the largest names in the industry, as well as multinational agents with offices around the globe.

Daniel Nulty, Manager at Open House Estate Agents, comments: “We have been thoroughly impressed by the number of leads generated since joining Residential People, and are proud to work alongside a company that aims to offer a unique product within the property sector."

“We are greatly looking forward to continuing our partnership, and we can't wait to see what the future holds."

Furthermore, Residential People offers agents an optional marketing suite which innovative tools to help broaden their audience and drive traffic to their own websites.

This marketing suite helps regional agents by offering them tools that would usually just be offered to multi-office national firms. This spread of wealth, so to say, levels the playing field for those who might not have the same influence as bigger named agencies which is a driving force for Residential People to bring in their own clientele.

The marketing suite allows agents to produce unique content through automatic video generation, microsites or PDFs, which are all designed to enhance a potential customer’s experience. There are also additional SEO benefits when advertising your properties across different formats online.
