Dr. Tan Tee Khoon becomes Country Manager at PropertyGuru

Asian proptech giant, PropertyGuru, has announced that Dr. Tan Tee Khoon will be the company's new Country Manager for Singapore. Being one of the largest property marketplaces in Singapore, it launched in 2007 and holds 70% of the market.

Tee Khoon is a veteran in the industry with 30 years of experience under his belt, including leadership positions within private and public sectors. With this new position, Tee Khoon will spearhead the sales function for its Singaporean business. Being a part of the company's Executive Leadership team, he will support further growth and innovation while the company optimizes its customer experience and gather further partnerships with real estate agents and developers.

Tee Khoon will drive the sales strategy with a focus to continue value creation for partners as well as nurture key industry relationships, and lead a team of 50 Gurus that has been delivering profitable growth for the group, reporting back to Jeremy Williams, the group’s Chief Business Officer.    

Before joining PropertyGuru, Tee Khoon was an Executive Director at Knight Frank Singapore, CEO of Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies (SAEA Ltd.) and on the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
