Surga Central PropTech Automates Enquiry Handling for Commercial Portals

Adept Business Systems Pty Ltd has launched a new version of its commercial real estate proptech platform Surga Central.

The new version addresses one of the most crucial parts of a commercial agent’s role in today’s fast paced digital market – managing and dealing with enquiries sourced from property portals. Commercial agents using RealCommercial will now automatically receive enquiries they receive directly into Surga Central leading to faster response times and improved service levels. Enquiries logged automatically in the software are done so in a highly organised manner allowing agents to analyse activity with more transparency and produce professional owner reports in seconds.

“This new function is a winner for all parties – agents, owners and portals” said Steve Clark, Adept CEO. “For agents, we’ve made it simpler to handle a higher volume of enquiries from the moment they click submit online through to viewing a premises and ultimately, signing a deal. Owners are now able to understand RealCommercial enquiries for their properties with more speed and clarity. For portals, this new function maximises an agency’s ROI for their listed properties online and enhances their engagement experience with the portal," Clark added.

Adept will extend this same functionality to additional portals such as commercialrealestate.com.au and UK-based portals including Rightmove.

Surga Central is a global proptech platform for commercial agents and owners. UK customers include Houston Lawrence, Loveitts Commercial, Ayers & Cruiks and CF Commercial. Australian/NZ customers include CI Australia, Facey Industrial and members of the Colliers International and Knight Frank network.
