Lease guarantor, Insurent Lease Guaranty, has entered a strategic partnership with Igluu, a listings disruptor based out of New York.

This new portal is on the homepage of Insurent’s website and allows renters to search from thousands of available NY apartments and find those in their price ranges and in their preferred neighborhoods in buildings that accept the Insurent Lease Guaranty.

“We’re excited that our partnership with Igluu provides a seamless and superior apartment search experience for renters that can be accessed directly from our website,” said Jeffrey Geller, Insurent Vice Chairman & Chief Operating Officer.

“This will also help landlords by driving more renters to their available apartments and is part of our deep commitment to innovative solutions that help building owners and property managers reduce their vacancies, quickly close more leases, and eliminate rent loss, all at no cost to the owner.”

In less than a year Igluu has become one of the city’s largest residential listings platform with over 15,000 participating real estate professionals and landlords, and over 50,000 verified home listings, outperforming their more established competitors by nearly 35%.

Igluu posts only exclusive listings supplied directly from data feeds such as REBNY’s RLS, List Hub, OLR, Realty MX and RealPlus

In addition, Igluu works with Long Island’s LIBOR, Westchester’s Hudson Gateway, Bronx MLS, Staten Island’s SIBOR and is continuously expanding it’s roster of partnerships.
