April 22, 2019

Recently, Juwai.com announced that it has entered into a new partnership with Leju subsidiary XHWHouse. The collaboration should increase international real estate listing exposure to the users of Chinese mega-portal Sina.com.cn

Although owned by Leju, HXWHouse serves as the overseas property channel forSina.com.cn. The new partnership will see many of Juwai.com’s 2.8 million international real estate listings hosted on HXWHouse, where they can be seen by Sina.com.cn’s audience of hundreds of millions of users.

With this partnership, more Chinese users of Sina.com.cn will see international real estate listings. As a result, international marketers will receive more enquiries from these users that can help them sell their listings.

Juwai.com's CEO and Director Carrie Law said, “What Juwai.com brings to this partnership is our unparalleled database of millions of international property listings and tens of thousands of overseas real estate advertisers. Since its 2011 launch by Australian real estate professionals, Juwai.com has become the world’s largest overseas homes website for Chinese buyers. Every listing and every advertiser wants to reach as many potential buyers in China as possible.

“As Sina.com.cn’s overseas home channel and as part of online real estate giant Leju, XHWHouse has a potential reach of hundreds of millions of users with interest in overseas homes and living. They uniquely own access to this audience and they are one of the pioneers of e-commerce in real estate sector. That's the biggest source of value they are bringing to this partnership.

“Property marketers will benefit through access to an entirely new pool of potential buyers, many of whom spend much of their online time within the Sina ecosystem.

Leju Holdings Limited’s General Manager for Overseas Real Estate Department, Changling Guo, said, “Our users will benefit from the greater wealth of listings and information that we can provide with Juwai.com’s help.

“We are very happy with this partnership because it will enable the XHWHouseto provide our audience with a better and more complete offering.

“Sina will support the XHWHouse – Juwai.com partnership with editorial, advertising, and trafficfrom both our portal and Weibo. We want to help our users achieve their goals in life without having to leave our ecosystem. For many of our users, their goals include owning international property."

"We also wish to support our international homes channel, XHWHouse, because we feel strongly that the success of our partners is also our own success."
