FUEL and Enriched join forces to offer a new tool for CRE professionals

A unique agreement has been made between FUEL Enterprises and Enriched Data. This partnership will help commercial real estate (CRE) professionals find a way to connect property financial tools with other appraisal data in an automated way instead of the tedium of inputting data manually. The agreement comes after a number of CRE platform integrations FUEL Enterprises has been able to complete.

The two companies will develop a two-way exchange of valuation and appraisal data via FUEL Valuation, a leading CRE valuation platform, and Enriched Data's CRE data. Users on the FUEL Valuation and Enriched Data platforms will be provided access to complete valuation and appraisal information in one complete database without the need to search elsewhere for the data they would need.

Traditionally, brokers, lenders, owners, investors, and anyone else involved in the commercial investment property sales, would have to wait weeks or months for the results of their valuation and appraisal requests. The process is manually done through spreadsheet data from a number of sources. FUEL Valuation and Enriched Data's top-of-the-line cloud-based software brings automation to the process, offering real-time data that is more accurate, all from one source.

"Our data integration partnership with FUEL is a game-changer for the appraisal industry," said Michael L. Miller, MAI, Executive Managing Director, Enriched Data. "For the first time, commercial property appraisal professionals will be able to combine discounted cash flow data and other real-time valuation data using the single platform of Enriched Data with data from FUEL Enterprises. We're transforming commercial property investment sales and financing by taking labor-intensive data entry out of the process and cutting weeks out of the transaction lifecycle."

Miller went on to explain that FUEL Enterprises used to be the local data partner for Enriched Data. They appreciated the accuracy and quality of the platform.

"FUEL offers not only real-time data to complement our database, but also a user interface and toolset that is superior to other options in the marketplace. Our users now will be able to more quickly and efficiently assign workflows and share information to accelerate deal-making."

Users reap the benefits of the FUEL Valuation as well. Given access to Enriched Data's information of over 45 million commercial spaces across the country.

"This integration is another major milestone by our team to eradicate manual labor, disconnected software, and other inefficiencies inherent in CRE," said Christopher Perry III, CEO, FUEL Enterprises. "By accessing Enriched Data's 45-plus million records through FUEL, transaction professionals now have more time to make deals and cultivate relationships because we've fixed the heavy lifting of underwriting."
