Australia’s home of property, Domain, launched a national campaign highlighting its point of difference as a true partner of the Australian property industry.

“While our competitor is buying outdoor billboards, newspaper ads and TVCs to say it is the ‘only place’... we would never say we do Australian property alone,” Domain CEO Jason Pellegrino said.

“Domain is proud to work alongside more than 12,000 residential real estate agencies and millions of Australians to help with all of life’s property decisions.

REA’s ‘only place’ is a lonely place without the Australian property industry.

“We felt it was right to take a stand on this important issue.”

Domain is running national advertising and has written to real estate agent partners to highlight their important place as the Australian property industry.

“On behalf of everyone at Domain, we wanted to say thank you to the entire Australian property industry for working together to make Australian property happen, day in and day out,” Mr Pellegrino said.

“Domain has a long history of partnering with the industry to make it better for all. We lead from the front but never forget those who are behind our industry’s success. As a true business partner, we align our success with agents and the outcomes we deliver for our mutual customers - and we constantly strive to do better for Australian consumers.”

Domain’s products and services are differentiated and highly effective and will be turbocharged through a new and deeper partnership with its major shareholder Nine Entertainment.

Mr Pellegrino said: “Our partnership with Nine means we will have even more exciting opportunities to deliver on soon, seamlessly bringing the property industry onto TV and into the living rooms of 19 million Australians each month. Online, Nine will allow us to reach 8 million Australians each month, nearly 5 million of which are not currently Domain users, according to Nielsen data.”1
