The company that operates property portals Fotocasa and Habitaclia along with several other classifieds titles in Spain is now among some 120 companies in the country which have received recognition by the American human resources institute. Some 90% of Adevinta Spain's employees said that the company was an excellent place to work and the company scored 86% on the institute's Trust Index.

Recently appointed CEO Román Campa said of the recognition:

"This recognition shows our desire to be the best tech company in Spain to work at and consolidates our own PEAK Performance working method which gives us an agile and collaborative work environment inspired by constructive honesty"

Elisabet Guasch, Adevinta Spain's People & Comms Director added:

"For us, a happy, committed and motivated team is the key to the success of our projects. Companies are shaped by the people in them and we want our employees to feel that they are part of a team"

Several portal companies have been showing off their credentials as employers recently with REA Group's recent claim to be the 4th best large company to work for in Australia the inspiration for us at Online Marketplaces to dig into what company review portal Glassdoor has to say.

At the time of writing, Adevinta Spain currently has a score of 3.9 out of 5 from its 39 reviewers on Glassdoor. The score puts it level with domestic rival idealista but is not to see the company among the top 3 on our list.
