Greg Bader was brought onto the Rent.com.cau Limited team as CEO back in 2016, but how does he compare to CEO's of companies that are of a similar size? There are a few categories to take into consideration; growth of the business, how common stockholders have fared in the past few years, and the appropriateness of the pay levels for CEOs of this calibur.
There is data that indicates that Rent.com.au Limited is worth AU$11m, and total annual CEO compensation is AU$328k (This figure is for the year to 2018). While this analysis focuses on total compensation, it’s worth noting the salary is lower, valued at AU$222k.
So Greg Bader receives a similar amount to the median CEO pay, amongst similar companies. Although this fact alone doesn’t illuminate a great deal, it becomes more relevant when considered against the business performance.
