UK challenger portal OnTheMarket continues to expand its offering with two new partnerships.

Yesterday, OnTheMarket announced that it was teaming up with insurance broker Simply Business to introduce new insurance products to sales and letting agents.

And today, it announced a further partnership with Vaboo to provide all OnTheMarket agents who do lettings with a free, white-labelled customer reward platform to stand out from their competitors.

Simply Business

Simply Business is one of the UK’s biggest business insurance providers, specialising in public liability insurance for SMEs and insuring over 850,000 small businesses and landlords across the UK.

Launched in 2005, Simply Business provides an online brokerage service, delivering policies tailored to individual business requirements.

OnTheMarket agents now have access to four insurance products offered by Simply Business, including: Professional Indemnity Insurance, Public Liability Insurance, Business Contents Insurance, and Employer’s Liability Insurance. Each product is now available for all OnTheMarket agents to purchase from Simply Business via an online landing page.

On the Simply Business partnership, Julie Emmerson, Head of Agent Commercial Partnerships at OnTheMarket, said:

"Given that agent costs will be increasingly under the microscope over the next year, we wanted to make sure that we were able to provide some flexibility to our members by connecting them with an alternative provider with competitive rates.

We are the only UK property portal Simple Business is working with to supply these products, which helps us in our continual quest to add value wherever possible in support of our sales and lettings agents. Access to these products will provide our members with greater choice when renewing their annual business insurance policies."

Vaboo

The commercial partnership with Vaboo will provide all OnTheMarket agents who do lettings with a free, white-labelled customer reward platform to stand out from their competitors.

Vaboo creates and manages customer reward and engagement platforms for letting agents and provides access to exclusive offers, discounts from national retailers and regular prize draws to help agents differentiate themselves and drive positive brand engagement with tenants and landlords.

On the Vaboo partnership, Julie Emmerson, Head of Agent Commercial Partnerships at OnTheMarket, said:

"As the cost of living continues to rise, it’s really worthwhile for our agents to consider a customer reward programme that allows for real savings to be made which will in turn enhance their engagement with their customers. In any market, winning new landlords is tough, so for an agent to be able to stand out in the market with their own branded customer reward platform, at no cost, is a great way for them to demonstrate what sets them apart.

"We’re delighted to be working with Vaboo to continue adding value to our agents’ memberships and we’re really pleased our partnership will realise benefits for both our agents who do lettings and their customers alike."
