Turkey-based real estate marketplace Zingat.com has unveiled Zingat Connect—a platform that allows real estate consultants to sell property in new developments from anywhere in the country—with general manager Mehmet Erkek describing the product as an "open marketplace for residences in branded housing projects".

Zingat Connect acts as a matchmaker for property agents and new build developers to create a centralized sales channel. Developers upload relevant property details to Connect, with agents making a commission from successful sales.

Mehmet Erkek, general manager at Zingat, said:

"Since the day we were established as the Zingat family, we have always focused our energy on services and products that add value to both the industry and our business partners.

"Our leadership and courage in this matter have always been appreciated and praised by our users and business partners. This time, we are excited to present our Zingat Connect service, which we see as the meeting point of the real estate world, in 2023.

"Real estate consultants gain access to the new housing projects in the network and the opportunity to sell. Our real estate developers and member real estate consultants will receive a 360-degree service.

"We believe that Zingat Connect will accelerate sales."

Zingat is operated by Dubai-based real estate marketplace group PropertyFinder. It is the number three portal in Turkey (1.5M web visits in December), behind number one Hepsiemlak (3M), and Emlakjet.com (2.8M) according to figures produced by web traffic calculator Ubersuggest.
