Meta4 and DCH - International Organization of Human Capital Directors - have announced the creation of the 'HR Startup Award', an award that will reward the most innovative ideas for the digitalization of Human Resources processes in the business world.

With the aim of identifying and supporting young talent, HR Startup Award aims to reward those projects that have risen in universities and business schools that allow organizations to transform their HR processes thanks to technology. Through this joint initiative, Meta4 and DCH offer the community of students who are specializing in the fields of HR and / or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), the opportunity to develop their ideas thanks to the guidance of Expert professionals.

"We look for projects that have a high innovative component and that demonstrate significant growth potential. With this new initiative we want to show our firm commitment to innovation and reiterate our commitment to young talent," says Carlos Pardo, General Director of Meta4 Iberia and Latin America.

A jury formed by members of Meta4 and DCH will be responsible for selecting the winner

"This is an initiative that links with some of the main objectives of DCH for the coming years: continue to promote the HR sector, supporting and encouraging innovation processes, to place the HR management function where it belongs within the organizations and, on the other hand, encourage the development of young talents within the field of Human Resources," states Juan Carlos Pérez Espinosa, President of the Governing Board of DCH.

From the hand of experts

After a previous selection of the best projects by a group of experts in digitalization in HR, a jury formed by members of Meta4 and DCH will be responsible for selecting the winner. The main evaluation criteria of the selected projects are related to the innovative nature of the solution and its accessibility and feasibility of deployment, as well as the status of the project at the time of registration and the target audience to which the solution is directed.

The winning project will receive a prize valued at € 6,000, which includes access to a specific growth program hand in hand with Meta4, several consulting sessions on Sales, Marketing and Development for the deployment of the project and a visibility plan on social networks and media, among other aspects. Finally, the winning project will be presented to HR executives of reference companies in the annual meeting of DCH on Digitalization in Human Resources that will take place next November.

The deadline for submitting applications is now open and its registration will end on June 30, 2019.
