CareListings offers senior care jobseeking options through new platform

CareListings, the nation's most comprehensive resource for families exploring long-term care providers online, has launched a new service that helps caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) identify and apply for job opportunities with over 100,000 care providers on the platform.

"CareListings is achieving more than our initial goal of empowering families with choice and savings when finding senior care options online. During our initial months of operation, it became clear that connecting job seekers with care providers was a niche that needed to be addressed. We are thrilled to officially launch our Job Listings Marketplace and help even more care providers reach the best caregivers to serve their clients," says the founder and CEO of CareListings, Carl Rogers.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Home Care Aides (HCA) and other caregivers can create their own employment profile for free. With a centralized profile, applicants can apply for positions and submit employment inquiries to providers with a single-click. Providers receive applicant notifications, review caregiver applicants' listings, and begin the employment process. Providers can also post new caregiver job listings at no cost. Unlike other generalized employment websites, caregivers and CNAs can connect directly to providers in their industry. "Finding potential employers in a centralized location with a common goal – This is the type of specialization we are very excited about," explains Rogers.

CareListings' foundational offering, provider CareListings, allow care providers the ability to claim their CareListing at no cost. The introductory tier brings many benefits to providers interested in improving their online presence. With a claimed CareListing, providers can update their contact information, add their website, upload images, post active vacancies for available rooms, share their service area, and post current job openings. CareListings' Premium Listings are subscription-based and allow providers to reach even more families and caregivers directly, without paying referral fees.

Families visiting CareListings have access to comprehensive listings of senior care providers in their area for free. Website visitors can browse active vacancies and pricing, access exclusive discounts, and connect with any of the 120,000+ care providers listed on the platform. Where available, CareListings.com links directly to each provider's Medicare Quality Report or State Survey Report, offering an additional level of transparency.
