New Yardi software showcases at this year's GCUC

Yardi's newest software helps workspace aggregators manage their spaces

Property management software and asset management solutions provider, Yardi®, is unveiling its newest software, Yardi® Kube™, at this year's Global Coworking Unconference Conference (GCUC) at the Denver Performing Arts Complex where the property software developer will also be a premier sponsor and exhibitor at the event.

The coworking management software, which will be released nationwide in the coming month, is an all-in-one management platform to be utilize by coworking and shared workspace operators. The software will enable coworking operations develop their business further. With Yardi Kube, users can circumvent using third party applications and save time when managing their spaces. It combines accounts payable, general ledger, merchant services, and more in a simplistic suite of tools.

Yardi Kube demos will be showcased where the team will exhibit the platform and its suite of features, including the accounting aspect, internet listing service and prospect lifecycle tracking.

 “We look forward to showing the extent of Yardi’s commitment to coworking, what the future looks like for Yardi Kube, and how the platform separates itself from the competition,” said Dale Hersowitz, Vice President of Coworking at Yardi.

As for the 'unconference' conference, GCUC is considered the largest coworking event in the world, holding conferences in five continents with an average of 300 attendees, specifically at the Denver location.
