Talent Works International finds new Business Development Director in Ken Kane

Talent Works International have appointed Ken Kane as their Business Development Director to head up their next phase of growth. He joins the business after previously holding the Commercial Director post with L&D Consultancy, Premier Partnership.

Ken has worked in the talent space for over 20 years, holding senior leadership roles with Havas People and Work Group (now ThirtyThree). He has an impressive track record of winning and developing business across RPO, Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand in both the UK and the US. He’s worked successfully with starts-ups and global organisations, helping them to improve business performance by transforming the way they engage with talent.
