HireRight Product Manager gives talk on better onboarding at SHRM 2019 conference

HireRight, a leading provider of global employment background checks, drug testing, education verification and electronic Form I-9 and E-Verify solutions, is excited to announce that Lara MacLean, Product Manager of Public Records, will be speaking at the SHRM 2019 Annual Conference, June 23-26 in Las Vegas.

“Lara has been instrumental in ensuring that HireRight’s screening process is candidate-friendly. She’ll provide invaluable insight to SHRM attendees who are looking to improve their onboarding processes.”

Titled “Creating the Best in Class Candidate Experience,” MacLean’s session will walk the audience through the applicant screening process at HireRight, showcasing how seamless this portion of onboarding can be. HireRight encourages HR departments to prioritize the candidate experience to ensure the process reflects well on the company and to secure top talent.

Ms. MacLean’s session takes place on Monday, June 24 in the Exhibitor Solutions Theatre. Attendees are also invited to visit HireRight’s booth #712 to learn more about new and innovative solutions such as HireRight AnalyticsGlobal ID CheckAdjudication and Applicant Center.

In her role as Product Manager of Public Records at HireRight, Ms. MacLean serves as the subject matter expert for all areas in public records including international and domestic criminal checks, credit searches, sex offender registries and global sanctions, among many other specialized searches.

During her nine-year tenure at HireRight, Ms. MacLean has also led customer validation sessions and conducted extensive user testing on HireRight’s award-winning Applicant Center, a secure and personalized candidate portal that consolidates all communication from HireRight to candidates in a streamlined, mobile-enabled program. She will leverage her passion and industry experience in this engaging informational session to help HR professionals learn how they can optimize the applicant flow of the background screening process.
