Xobin is a talent assessment platform that helps businesses reduce time and cost involved in hiring. Recently, Xobin launched its “Grey AI Engine” which scans the psychometric traits of current employees, analyses previous recruitment data to offer critical decision making insights to the recruitment leaders in the organisation.
Xobin uses situational judgment tests (scenario based questions) to score the candidates on 33 unique behavioural traits. Xobin’s “ Grey AI Engine” assesses behavioural traits and technical skills of a candidate and gives an objective Hire or a No hire decision based on the historical recruitment decisions of the company. Xobin creates a detailed ‘fingerprint’ for the applicant, factoring in various job specific personality trait and technical skill scores. This input is then passed on to the model which produces the recommendation.
