Zoopla's new app sees huge boost in user engagement

British property portal giant, Zoopla, says that its new app has a boosted user engagement just within one month since its launch.

It’s hit a total of 11.9 million downloads since launching in July and the portal says the rate at which traffic converts to sales and lettings inquiries about properties has risen by 36 percent.

The number of unique views on listings pages is now reaching more than three million.

Engagement among users on the app is now “significantly higher than on any other digital channels” says the company, and the updates come at a time when more users are searching via mobile and tablet than on any other form of hardware.  

As a result, the number of mobile and tablet leads which Zoopla is delivering to agents has risen by 25 percent year on year.
