MyVR announces new partnership to boost its unit-type management feature.

With this new system in place, MyVR's users can list their units with a number of big name partners to enhance their audience engagement.

One-stop shop for short-term rental property management and marketing software, MyVR, has announced an integration with the Global Distribution System (GDS). With this integration, MyVR users can now boost their inventories with more options for listings, like unit-type management.

Jonathan Murray Co-Founder and CEO of MyVR, said:

“This integration with the GDS creates an exciting opportunity for increased distribution to more travelers directly from MyVR’s software. With MyVR’s unit-type management capabilities, clients can now market similar units as a multi-unit listing for simplified management and increased performance on the channels.”

GDS allows MyVR's short-term rental property management customers list their units and unit-types with a number of big name partners, including Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Sabre, Travelport and Worldspan, allowing them to reach over 600,000 global travel agencies and tour operations that service both leisure and corporate travelers. Furthermore, the integration allows users a number of new accommodation type options for corporate travel than what was being offered before.

Parker Stanberry, Co-Founder and CEO of Oasis, said:

“We struggled to find a connection to the GDS that was built for alternative accommodations. MyVR has solved that problem, allowing us to generate more business from our corporate and travel agency clients.”
