Taalentfy is the tool that is revolutionizing the human resources market and platform for talent-based job search.

Its platform based on artificial intelligence for job search focused on talent and machine learning has reached 100,000 users at the end of last year since its launch in March 2018.

The algorithm that was developed in-house for three years has managed to digitize more than 30 years of studies in the field of human resources, using precise technologies such as those mentioned to provide the user and the company with invaluable information.

It is not surprising then that after its first year of life in the market, with its launch in March 2018, Taalentfy has become one of the best-valued startups.

“It is about providing the user with a tool that really serves to guide and find quality employment, that fits their profile, avoiding creating the enormous frustration that goes through a traditional selection process.”

Knowledgefy Technologies SL, the creator of Taalentfy, has consolidated a team that has gone from five to 15 people in less than a year.

But, the company's growth has not only been reflected in the quantity and quality of the talent that makes up its team, but has also achieved the best numbers to date, doubling the results of previous years, in relation to the candidates who bet on this tool to discover their talents, analyze their soft skills, putting value and making the most of their skills.

The number of users has increased by 60%, achieving the number of 100,000 candidates at the end of 2019 and growing exponentially.
