Boomin to Appoint Founder Agents to its Boards

December 6, 2020

We’ve covered much of the signup and hiring process by the highly-anticipated real estate startup, Boomin. Now, Boomin has reached out to its founder agents inviting them to apply to its main board. Boomin will allot three seats to founder agents who will be on a key business development board.

The Business Development Board will focus on agents and customers where they will oversee the portal’s technology innovation to make sure users receive the best experience when utilizing Boomin’s services.

Michael Bruce, Executive Chairman & Founder, explained in the invitation:

“As with the Main Board we will look to bring-in outside agent expertise, with the remaining three seats on the Business Development Board reserved for Founder agents. We will be undertaking a search and selection process to identify and appoint three of the leading talents across the Founder Agency community to provide external insights, expertise and strong representation.”

Boomin is giving agents a month to either signup to the portal if they haven’t already in order to apply for the board positions, or, if they have signed up already, can apply now.

The 12 founding members with the most nominations after the December 31st cut-off date will progress to a run-off.

Bruce said in his letter:

“In summary, Boomin is committed to working with agents, for agents, to deliver a better future for everyone. Please engage and participate with us and help us to select the Board, which will work tirelessly on your behalf.”
