More startup news in the wake of the global pandemic. Carousell, an online marketplace based out of Singapore, officially launched a property listing platform for Hong Kong’s real estate market.

To do this, the company has partnered with a number of companies based in Hong Kong, including Midland Realty, one of the leading real estate companies in the city, which will siphon local and overseas listings through the new platform.

Dubbed Carousell Property, the new platform includes a number of services and features:

  • Home Services
  • Home & Furniture
  • Kitchen and Appliances

Cahill Kei, Head of Business Development of Carousell Hong Kong, said in a statement:

“For a city like Hong Kong that pursues speed and efficiency, shopping on a one-stop marketplace like Carousell Property will help consumers save time. The Carousell Property marketplace gives merchants access to more consumers, and makes the entire process, whether you are renting or buying, easy and seamless.”

Carousell Property will also offer other services to help homebuyers move with the partnership of Going Moving. The platform has also partnered with a co-working firm, Metro Workspace to dive into the flexible office space sector as well.
