CFO of Recruit Global Staffing steps down as management team grows

Recruit Global Staffing, parent company of global staffer Recruit Holdings and owner of Glassdoor, has recently announced that Chief Financial Officer Leen Geirnaerdt will be stepping down from her position.

Geirnaerdt was appointed to the CFO position in 2010 and had worked for the company for 17 years. She was instrumental in transitioning recruitment firm USG People to a Recruit Group company after Recruit acquired the Dutch firm in 2015.

Recruit Global Staffing CEO Rob Zandbergen will take on Geirnaerdt’s management duties.

In addition, the company announced CIO Michael Withmer will be appointed as an executive management member in addition to serving as CIO.

Recruit Global Staffing also named Han Oey as its new new chief strategy officer; Oey is currently global director of business development and strategy at Recruit Global Staffing.
