Phenom People, the global leader in Talent Experience Management, has recently announced that Community Medical Centers, the largest private healthcare system in California's San Joaquin Valley, has chosen the Phenom Talent Experience Management platform to launch its new career site along with an AI-powered chatbot, Phenom Bot, for increased personalization and automation. In the first 60 days, Phenom Bot answered over 4,500 unique conversations on their career site. Of those, nearly 20% took place during the weekend, allowing Community Medical Centers to engage with job seekers in a timeframe when recruiters are normally offline.

“Without any kind of recruiter involvement, we’ve received close to 500 job applications since deploying Phenom Career Site’s AI technology in February, and of those, 22% turned into new hires,” said Brandon Prideaux, Director of Talent Acquisition at Community Medical Centers.

Impressed by the ease-of-use of the Phenom Career Site, Community Medical Centers opted for the Phenom TXM platform to deliver hyper-personalized candidate experiences, simplify the application process, and attract hard-to-reach talent, including Level 1 trauma and emergency medical staff.

Along with the Career Site, Community Medical Centers deployed Phenom Bot to enable real-time candidate messaging that engages active and passive job seekers. Phenom Bot asks candidates questions to deliver personalized job recommendations, expanding talent pipelines and driving application rates.

For a large healthcare system operating four acute-care hospitals, more than ten healthcare centers, and the only Level 1 trauma center in the region, finding and attracting the right talent fast is essential. “With the new chatbot, we’re able to engage with candidates at all hours and during weekends,” Prideaux added. “That’s huge, considering many of our job seekers are night nurses and other hard-to-reach clinical staff.”

Moving forward, Community Medical Centers will adopt premium Phenom Bot features, including screening, scheduling and FAQs, to further improve the experience for both candidates and recruiters.

Phenom’s Talent Experience Management platform provides companies with a unified solution for: Candidate Experience (Career Site, CMS, University Recruiting, Chatbot), Recruiter Experience (CRM, Campaigns, SMS, AI Insights), Employee Experience (Internal Mobility, CMS, Referrals, Chatbot), and Management Experience (Talent Analytics, Reporting, Forecasting, Dashboards). Our platform is built on artificial intelligence (AI), driving personalization, automation and accuracy for candidates, recruiters, employees and management. The Phenom TXM platform eliminates multiple-point solutions, connects with quality candidates and employees through personalized experiences, and delivers top talent while driving ROI.
