CoStar Group appoints new research director for Canadian branch

CoStar Group, the data/analytics leader of the $17 trillion commercial real estate industry, is pleased to announce the hire of Jacques-Yves Bouchard to serve as the Research Director in Canada. In this role, Bouchard will facilitate market-critical information that enables clients to make informed high impact business decisions while serving as a mentor to Research Managers in the pursuit of research excellence.

Bringing nearly eight years of Commercial Real Estate leadership experience, Bouchard has a proven track record of bringing tremendous value, repeatedly demonstrating the ability to increase efficiency while helping connect customers to the information they need to reach their goals. Most recently he served as the National Manager for Data Intelligence at Colliers International, leading the National Data Intelligence Team. Bouchard received a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Concordia University in Montreal and completed coursework toward a Master of Arts in Economics at McGill University in Montreal.
