International flexible workspace franchise, Venture X®, has been experiencing continued growth within the coworking sector in part due to its 'coworking 3.0' model that appeals to the more modern entrepreneur.

The brand recently showcased its business model to hoteliers as a gold sponsor at this year's Hunter Hotel Conference at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. Over 1,5000 hotel owners, investors, and other industry professionals attended this conference to network with providers and suppliers in the hotel industry.

Hoteliers have expressed increase interest in Venture X, several new locations have already been purchased by hotel property owners already. The coworking franchise's design is inspired by boutique hotels and offers top-of-the-line concierge-like services, luxury amenities, and strong brand loyalty which meshes well with the hospitality industry ideals. Venture X's goal is to create a space that its members love coming to to work every day, making it apart of Inc.'s list of "Best Coworking Spaces."

"I came across Venture X in 2017, and quickly noticed how similar its model is to the hotel industry, specifically extended stay hotels," explained Mani Patel, Venture X franchisee and hotelier. "There are numerous similarities between the two industries which made my ownership run smoothly, including the membership-based model, real estate requirements, and customer demographics. It's been exciting to join the Venture X team as they are developing, and bring my hotel expertise over to the coworking industry."

When it comes to the physical locations of Venture X facilities, these modern buildings offer boutique office spaces designed by Gensler, a prestigious architecture firm which has worked on such projects as Etsy facilities, Shanghai Tower, and office spaces for NIVIDIA. At a Venture X facility, you can expect Herman Miller furnishings, areas for leisure, modern amenities in place to minimize any additional stress and responsibility of moving into a new space.

"We're excited to be showcasing our thriving model again this year at the Hunter Hotel Conference," President of Venture X Jason Anderson commented. "Hotel owners share in Venture X's priorities of providing members with inspired spaces, great experiences and rich amenities. We look forward to continuing to grow our franchisee base by connecting with these similar-minded hotel entrepreneurs."
