The association DAHLIR, committed to promoting access to culture and leisure for the disabled and vulnerable, has chosen Eurécia's Zen offer to facilitate the management of their HR administration, expense reports, and schedules.

The DAHLIR: a structure of the social and solidarity economy as rising and committed

Created in 2012, the DAHLIR (Disability Support System for Integrated and Regular Recreation) aims to open access to culture, sports and leisure to vulnerable people or people with disabilities. To date, more than 3,000 people have been assisted by DAHLIR in carrying out their projects in Auvergne.

Over time, the association's activity has grown in response to demands from the field and strong and successful partnerships. It now hires 19 employees in 5 departments (Cantal, Allier, Puy-de-Dome, Haute-Loire, Loire). It aims to open in 2019 two new antennas in the Hautes-Alpes and Ain.

Faced with this strong growth and the rapid expansion of its teams, administrative and HR needs have increased at the same time, as witnessed by Thibaut Fink, Deputy Director of the association: "Managing the budget, HR and administrative needs of a small team is not the same as managing a 19-person team. We have therefore sought a solution that allows us to reduce both the management of HR and administrative procedures of employees. At the scale of our territorial development and the number of employees, we quickly realized the need to digitize all these processes in order to save time and fluidity."

Harmonizing leave requests and help managing expense reports

The digitization of the HR processes of the DAHLIR has resulted in the search for an HRIS solution that is easy to use, adapted to the size of the structure, but yet also offering greater responsiveness and time savings for the support staff often on the ground.

That is why the choice of DAHLIR was made in March 2018 on the Eurécia software, and especially on its Zen offer, a collaborative solution, accessible at any time and from anywhere through a smartphone, a tablet, or a workstation. The Zen offering aims to simplify the daily lives of managers and employees of companies with less than 20 employees and includes:

  • A HR portal that centralizes employee files and dematerialized pay slips
  • Leaves and absences, as well as facilitating the application, planning and follow-up of leave
  • Expense reports
  • Time and activities to make the monitoring of working hours reliable and to steer productivity
  • A brand new Wellness module to measure employee mood

The Eurécia solution was therefore initially chosen to harmonize the process of requests for leave, formalize them via a 100% web-based collaborative software, avoid paper expense reports, and gain responsiveness in repayments. The needs of the association are now growing, and the set of Zen features is now used at DAHLIR.

"Despite an average age around 35, not all employees have the same level of IT expertise," Fink elaborates. "We really needed a tool that could make life easier for them, rather than make it more complex and save them time. We also appreciate the support provided by customer service, responsive and attentive to our needs. In addition, the software is not fixed, and improvements are regularly made, which is particularly useful."

The association continues to develop its activity and plans new hires in 2019. It intends to continue its collaboration with Eurécia on an offer more adapted to its evolution.

"We are pleased to offer DAHLIR complete solutions to simplify HR management," says Pascal Grémiaux, Founding President of Eurécia. "Our modules allow them to reconcile performance and well-being, and offer them more time to concentrate on their core business, namely the missions of accompaniment of the people followed by the association in their requests."
