Eldermark Software partners with EasyShifts towards stronger senior care staffing

Eldermark Software, the leading operational technology solutions provider to the senior care industry, recently announced its new collaboration with EasyShifts, a healthcare staffing software company based in Appleton, WI. This effort will link Eldermark data reports to staffing technology to inform the staffing process for the easy and accurate scheduling of healthcare personnel in the senior living setting.

EasyShifts was designed and created in 2008 by a Registered Nurse, who, at the time, was working at three different hospitals. Juggling all those schedules proved to be a challenge. The only way the Nurse knew where he should be at any time was by his reliance on hand-written notes scribbled into his calendar. Finally, after getting home one day from picking up shifts at a hospital where he worked, he decided there had to be a better way to manage his work schedules, and the dream of EasyShifts began.

Over the past few years, the team at Eldermark has received increasing requests for an integrated staffing solution from their senior living provider client customers. Carefully considering the right solution to meet its customer’s needs, Eldermark happened upon the team from EasyShifts at a Wisconsin trade show in 2018 and the beginnings of a potential arrangement commenced.
