Everest Group has named ADP, a pioneer and world leader in human capital solutions, the leading provider of multiprocess human resources outsourcing services in its 2018 PEAK Matrix ™ report. Of the twenty vendors evaluated, ADP is the only one provider selected by the analyst firm as both "Leader" and "Star Performer". These designations follow ADP's recognition as a leader in multi-country payroll outsourcing, according to the same PEAK Matrix report.

Everest Group's PEAK Matrix is a scoring framework designed to provide objective data-driven assessment and compare service providers based on scope, scope, technology, innovation, geographic footprint and overall business success. Everest Group ranks service providers into three categories: Leaders, Major Contenders and Aspirants. The assessment also refers to "Star Performers" based on their annual performance.

Among ADP's strengths, Everest Group has named the company because of its success in terms of revenues and active contracts, as well as its ability to deliver a complete service worldwide. ADP also stands out for its progress, the highest recorded by the PEAK matrix year-on-year relative to other suppliers.

"ADP's strong growth is based on an employee-focused vision and a comprehensive technology strategy. Its software suites and extensive ecosystem of technology partnerships provide customers with flexible solutions on a global scale. Its recent series of acquisitions and investments has also helped to consolidate its position as one of the major suppliers in the market," says Anil Vijayan, Practice Director of Everest Group.

Everest Group has also chosen ADP as the leader in multi-country payroll outsourcing, with the company having the largest market share in terms of revenue and number of customers in the market. In addition, ADP was chosen for its investment in building capacity through acquisitions and geographic expansion. Everest Group has noted that ADP performs well in terms of comparative and predictive analytics based on its operational data.
