FazWaz to Launch in Bali Imminently

June 12, 2025

Thailand-based marketplace and brokerage FazWaz has announced it will expand to Bali on July 1.

Commenting on LinkedIn, Simo El Omari, head of brokerage at FazWaz Indonesia, said:

"FazWaz Bali goes live July 1st. We’re officially launching operations, and we’re here to do things differently. I’m calling on freelance real estate agents and professional Real Estate agencies in Bali to join us as affiliates in this game-changing venture.

"After my recent visit, one thing became clear, many agencies are sitting on great listings but struggling with lead flow. That’s where we come in. FazWaz owns and operates some of the biggest real estate portals in Southeast Asia and worldwide, and we have one of the largest investor networks across Thailand and international markets. Now, we’re bringing that power to Bali."

FazWaz already operates in several international markets across the Americas, Asia, MENA, Europe, and several localised brands in Thailand.

Online Marketplaces has reached out to FazWaz for further comments and will update this article accordingly.
