Brazilian startup PipeImob has raised $3 million in a Seed round led by global venture capital firm Headline. The São Paulo-based company, founded in 2022 by Roberto Nascimento alongside Renato Rodrigues and Danilo Herrero, said the funding will accelerate its entry into the rental and property management market and expand its financial services vertical.
PipeImob, which describes itself as a 'proptech-fintech', integrates Transaction Relationship Management (TRM) with embedded fintech tools, digitising the entire real estate transaction flow. The platform covers processes from e-signatures and title registrations to digital accounts, automated billing and commission advances. In 2024, the company says it processed $3.2 billion in GMV..

Nascimento, who previously co-founded the Brazilian real estate portal Zap Imóveis, said the move into rentals reflects customer demand.
“Our entry into the rental market comes directly from client demand – they want a single solution to manage both transactions and finances. Over 95% of this market is still fragmented. With Headline’s support, we are ready to scale this offering,”
Headline partner Romero Rodrigues added:
“PipeImob is not just another solution for real estate agencies – it’s transactional infrastructure that can redefine how properties are bought, sold and now rented in Brazil.”
With more than 300 agencies already using its platform, PipeImob positions itself as the backbone of Brazil’s transactional real estate market.
