Stake, a proptech company that allows people to invest in property quickly and easily, has raised a $31 million in a round led by Property Finder.
Stake operates an "invest, earn, exit" fractional real estate investment platform that has over two million users. The company's website says the average return on investment in 2025 were 10.2%.
The company says it will use its funds to expand to Saudi Arabia and enhance its suite of products.
Manar Mahmassani, co-founder and CEO at Stake, said:
"“Saudi Arabia is a strategic growth market for us, and this round allows us to deepen our investment in the Kingdom by expanding our local capabilities and scaling our CMA-regulated offering to meet growing demand from both regional and international investors.”
