GoGetter makes hiring human again with unique AI

Naga Rayapati worked as a software contractor with Cerner for two years, and he witnessed what it was like to see over 40% of a paycheck line the pockets of the middlemen.

“While the contractor puts in their heart and soul working for the company, these ‘preferred vendors’ reap the benefits,” said Rayapati, referring to third parties in the hiring chain that often brokered his contract jobs.

His solution? The recently launched GoGetter, an online job matching marketplace for software engineers, which uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to remove the middlemen from the hiring process and bring contractors and hiring managers onto the same platform, he said.
