GOJEK app announces acquisition of AirCTO, recruiting platform

On-demand provider of transport and lifestyle services app, GOJEK, has recently announces the acquisition of Bengaluru-based AI recruiting platform AirCTO, as well as the opening of a second engineering and product creation office in Gurugram.

As part of the deal, the AirCTO team will be joining GOJEK with immediate effect. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“I’m super thrilled to have AirCTO’s talented team join us. The team will use technology to help us scale up our hiring processes. Finding quality talent is always a challenge, and Atif and team are here to find technology-based solutions that will help us to overcome this challenge,” said Sidu Ponnappa, MD India at GOJEK.
