Homesnap unleashed its yearly subscription service, Homesnap Pro+ that makes advertising for real estate agents on Google easier and more optimized, back in 2018. The US-based property search platform giant that offers real-time MLS data to its users along with a mobile tool for agents, has announced that the subscription service has over 50,000 subscribers.

Homesnap Pro+ offers a number of services that help agents rake in leads with the help of Google. The company reported that with Homesnap Pro+, agents are 86% more productive than the industry average. Free leads were two times higher than competitors within the last 12 months. In fact, agents using Homesnap Pro+ for 18 months said they saw a  7.5 times increase in views on their listings.

Agents using Homesnap Pro+ have appeared in over 100 million Google searches and Pro+ users appear higher up in search results for search terms like “real estate agents near me” and “best real estate agents.”

Furthermore, Homesnap Pro+ aids in Google My Business Profile management and automates photo, listings, and contact information uploads to keep the profile up-to-date in real-time.

Agents can also manage reviews from current and past clients. Pro+ alerts agents when a new review is made on their profile and offers agents performance reports. In fact, agents can see the number of visitors that have landed on both their listings and profile within a 90 day period. Pro+ subscribers can view a detailed report of how many consumers and agents have viewed their information and can communicate with other agents in one place.

Having already hit the 50,000 users milestone, it’s no surprise that Homesnap Pro+ is a popular and useful tool for agents looking to expand their reach. And digitization helps rake in leads during a time when the market is headed towards complete contactless transactions.
